Join our Christmas Craft Market at St Martin-in-the-Fields
SoLo Craft Fair is over the moon to be hosting a market at St Martin-in-the-Fields - the beautiful Church by Trafalgar Square & Charing Cross Station.
The market will fall across 3 rooms in the venue where we will have 85 stalls. Please read below to see which space is best for you.
The event will fall on 29th + 30th November 11am-5pm.
The Main Foyer
As the market will be taking place in a Church we have to ask that nothing with swear words or anything do to with occult is sold at this market.
Spaces:
The Hall
The Main Foyer - The first room guests will walk into.
Full Table (6ft x 2ft): £90 p/day
The Crypt Gallery
Half table (3ft x 2ft): £50 p/day
The Hall and Lightwell - Down some stairs from the main foyer but windows look into it from above, so very visible.
Full Table (6ft x 2ft): £70 p/day
Half Table (3ft x 2ft): £40 p/day
The Crypt Gallery - This is a very atmospheric part of the venue, thats in a room that comes off the popular crypt Cafe. We recommend bringing battery powered lights if you have a stall in this room as it is darker and has no natural light..
Full Table (6ft x 2ft): £60 p/day
Half Table (6ft x 2ft): £35 p/day
A few things to consider before applying:
All traders must have PLI to trade - this is a requirement of any small business to legally run (not just a requirement of ours)
Food to be consumed off site can be sold at this event (jams, honeys, etc) but we can't accept cakes or anything that may consumed onsite
Make sure you have the right certificates to sell products - this applies mainly to food and cosmetic products.
To reiterate, as this venue is a working church we cannot have any thing sold that may cause offence to people who will be visiting; no products with swear words, nudity, the occult etc!
No reselling of products from the likes of SHEIN, Ali Express, Temu etc.
The Market will run 11am - 5pm with setup form 10am. The nearest stations are Charing Cross & Leicester Square.
Stalls that are in the crypt gallery and hall can be kept overnight if you have booked the entire weekend (at the traders own risk), however as there is an event that will be taking place in the crypt that evening, this stock will have to be removed overnight.
