How do I get a stall at SoLo Craft Fair?

The best way to stay up to date is to sign up to our mailing list as subscribers will be informed of all our events.

If there are applications available you will see them under the Applications tab.

How much does a stall cost?

Cost of stalls are completely dependent on the location of the market and size of the stall. We endeavour to keep costs down as much as possible and put a large percentage of stall holder fees back into marketing for the event. Table prices range from £25 - £75.

Can I run a workshop at one of your events?

As long as you have public liability insurance and a valid and clear DBS we'd love to hear from you. We give free stalls to workshops to encourage a range of creativity at our events. Please email us with information of what you do.

Do I need insurance to sell with SoLo Craft Fair?

Yes. Having public liability insurance is extremely important to cover yourself and your customers should the worst happen at a market. We do not accept any stall holders who do not have or are willing to purchase public liability insurance.

You can get 10% discount off insurance at Craft Cover using the code: SOLO19

Can I perform at one of your markets?

Yes! Some of our markets have spaces for bands and other acts. Please email us at info@solocraftfair.com with information of what you do and which location you'd like to perform. Unfortunately, we cannot pay performers but we will promote on many platforms.

How do you promote your markets?

We promote our markets using the normal techniques such as social media and listings sites. In addition to this, we are listed in many 'what's on' apps, have had articles in many publications such as Time Out.

What sort of stall holders can apply?

We mainly focus on crafters and vintage traders, we generally have stalls selling art, jewellery, homeware and fashion. However, we are open to 'interactive' stalls such as beauticians as long as they have all the relative qualifications. Generally our venues are pubs so we can rarely accept hot food traders. Cakes & sweets are normally fine if you have all the relevant documentation and permissions from the local council.

I'm a fashion based stall can I bring a rail?

You can do, though if you have opted for a table option then it will incur an additional cost due to space restrictions. A lot of our fashion stalls would opt for a pitch only space when bringing rails. If you are unsure of what would be best then please email us at info@solocraftfair.com

Can I write about SoLo Craft Fair?

Yes! Please email us at info@solocraftfair.com for a press release and any questions you may have.

I saw an amazing stall holder at one of your events, and I can't track them down!

We have Trader listings on all of our event pages, so just go to the event you attended and you should be able to find who you have been looking for.  If you have any trouble finding them then please email us at info@solocraftfair.com

Where can I expect to find a SoLo Craft Fair event taking place?

Currently we only hold events across South London - areas we have held markets in so far include Beckenham, Balham, Dulwich, Catford, Deptford, Clapham, Forest Hill and Tooting. But who knows where the future will take us!
