FAQs
Can I share a chalet with another trader?
Yes, but both traders’ details must be clearly listed on the application form. Both will require insurance, and an additional fee may apply if you need a separate card reader.
Can I use my own card reader?
No. As this is a commission-based opportunity, all traders are required to use the card readers provided by Peppermint so that commission can be accurately tracked.
Do I need to stay open for all trading hours?
Yes, these hours are set by Southbank Centre. However, we are aware that retail sales can slow after a certain point in the evening. This will be monitored, and if sales consistently drop after a set time, earlier closing hours for retail chalets may be agreed.
