Halloween Market at Between the Bridges

We’re really exicted to host our first ever Halloween Market at Between the Bridges this Autumn on Sunday 25th October.

We’d love traders to bring forward their most Halloweeny/ spooky/ spiritual/ Autumnal designs to embrace the season! Please make this clear on your application what sort of things you’d be able to showcase (as we understand that not all your range will be suitable for this market - these can still be brought to the event, just make sure the more seasonal items have prime position on your stall) and we’d love everyone to go big with their stall setup to make the market look as Autumnal as possible.

Before applying, please read the information below carefully.

There will be no electrical points so please make sure you bring a portable charger to keep your card reader powered, and use battery operated lights if this is important to your setup - the light under the structure can have a slight yellow tinge so please bear that in mind. As always, traders need PLI to trade (this is not just a requirement of SoLo Craft Fair, PLI is something as a small business you must have regardless of whether you’re trading at markets or not!). The events will run 12-5pm, you will be able to come setup from 11am. We advise taking public transport as there isn’t anywhere to unload and parking is very expensive in the area.

As the event is in central London please bear in mind that customers will have further to travel with their purchases (many are tourists from abroad), we have found smaller & lighter items sell better at this venue. If you have bigger items it may be worth offering free delivery as an incentive for customers to buy then and there.

Between the Bridges is located on London’s Southbank between the Jubilee Gardens and Hungerford Bridges - a stone’s throw from the London Eye and the Royal Festival Hall. The Christmas popup will be filled with food traders, bars and events such a live music and drag bingo.

Terms and conditions of trading:

  • All products must be handmade or ethically sourced - no reselling from Temu, SHEIN, Ali Express etc.

  • No reselling of tables

  • It is important that you are ready to setup for the market start time, and stay until the end of the market. If something has come up and you need to leave early, please find a member of our team so we can assist you to do.

The Halloween market will full on Sunday 25th October.

Stalls are £85 for a full table or £45 for a half.

All events will run 12-5pm.

The stall sizes are either full table or half table of the following sizes:

Full table: 80cm x 220cm

Half Table: 80cm x 110cm

Table sizes are approximate.

There will be a bench behind each stall.

We will be releasing inofmration of Christmas dates and our first ever Halloween market at this venue, later in the year.
