Pocket Park Christmas Market 2026

We’re delighted to announce a new location for our Christmas Markets - Pocket Park! Just outside Fenchurch Street, The ‘Walkie Talkie’.

We will be there for a two-week pop-up; the location is filled with tourists visiting Sky Garden (bringing in 3000 people daily) and the office workers of Fenchurch Street building (3000-4000 every weekday).

The market will run: 23rd November - 6th December

11am-6pm daily.

About the Market

This is predominantly a craft market. We can consider food stalls where products are intended for consumption at home, such as jams and honey. However, you must hold all appropriate certifications and comply with the relevant food safety requirements to sell these products.

Please note that we cannot accept traders selling alcohol.

All traders must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI). This is a standard requirement for businesses trading at markets and is not specific to SoLo Craft Fair.

The stalls will be located under cover in cabins. However, Pocket Park can be extremely windy, so please take this into consideration when planning your stall and display. There will be several stalls within each cabin.

This is a smaller market with 18 traders. There is also an option to book a stall for the full two weeks.

The will be no power points in the cabins.

Market Times

The market will run 11am–6pm daily, with trader set-up from 10am.

Please note that traders must travel to the market by public transport. There is no space available for vehicle drop-offs, and parking restrictions in the area are strictly enforced, with fines issued for violations.

Stall Information

Tables are 6ft x 2ft.

Please bring your own tablecloth and consider how you will present your products. A well-presented and inviting stall can make a big difference to customers.

Please note that applications without a website or social media link clearly showing your products will not be accepted.

We can only accept traders who make their own products or sell ethically sourced goods. We do not accept traders who resell mass-produced items from companies such as Temu, AliExpress or SHEIN.

Stall Prices

Full table (6ft x 2ft):

• Weekdays: £55

• Weekends: £80

• Full two weeks: £770

If you book the entire two-week period, the cabins will be locked overnight. However, we cannot guarantee how secure they will be, so we strongly recommend taking all valuables with you at the end of each day.

If you do not hear from us, we will not be moving forward with your application this time. But we strongly recommend that you keep applying. As once filled, it is possible to be accepted via the waiting list.
